

WHO WE ARE

Welcome everyone!!!. Let me introduce myself, I'm Graziella Ponti, passionate about cooking and a cook for over 35 years.
my passion for cooking was born thanks to my mother who taught me to cook traditional dishes with passion and love. after having had various experiences in the restaurant world I opened a hotel restaurant for about 15 years, which I then had to close reluctantly after discovering celiac disease.
But I didn't give up and I converted all my recipes to gluten-free so I could continue my big dream: TO BE ABLE TO SATISFY EVERYONE'S PALATES, even those like me who have various food intolerances.
So after having a snack I decided to open a home restaurant entirely gluten free!!!!
My goal is to be able to give serenity and security in being able to eat every cooked dish without the fear of contamination.
